What? A cozy SUMMER studio with a maximum of 18 children under the supervision of 2 enthusiastic supervisors. During our daily yoga session we learn the basic yoga postures, breathing exercises and yoga games with a lot of imagination, relaxation and creativity. In addition, we will also do resilience exercises every day. In addition to a lot of exercise, so also a taste of what mental and physical resilience training has to offer.
